Driving Community Growth: Digital Literacy for Underserved Areas
Challenge: Organizations in rural communities wanted to increase their residents’ digital literacy so they could access jobs.
Solution: We offered digital literacy workshops to the organization, covering computer skills, online navigation, and cybersecurity.
Results:
- In addition to gaining valuable digital skills, more than 200 individuals attended the workshop.
- An increase in employment opportunities and educational opportunities.
